Q: What is E-Design?

A: E-Design, also known as virtual design, is a service that is performed totally and completely online! Yes, that means even if you live in Hawaii or New York, I can help you!

Q: I don’t know which service to book or what I need! Help!

A: Please reach out via email or inquiry form to chat! I’d love to hear more about your project and give some extra details on what each package includes. I’m also more than happy to create a custom package, if needed. I have no doubt we will find the best option for you!

Q: How long will it take to receive my E-Design rendering once I purchase the package?

A: The turnaround time on E-Design packages is typically 3-4 weeks, from start to finish. My process is streamlined and efficient but your specific timeline is also determined by the scope of work and your active participation in our collaboration!

Q: Am I able to use some of my existing furniture and/or accessories in the design?

A: Yes! We cover this in the design questionnaire but I always try my best to accommodate pieces that you want to hold onto — and I also promise to be honest if/when that item won’t help achieve your vision ;)

Q: If I have a certain budget range I want to stay in, are you able to work with that?

A: Of course! Budget is something thoroughly discussed prior to the design and purchasing; I want to always stay within your budget when selecting items for your project!

Q: What if I have questions after the design plan has been completed? What do I do?

A: Once I have received your final payment and you have the designs + installation instructions in hand (or Install Day is complete, if you purchased a Full Service Design), our obligations to one another are considered fulfilled and any further questions — even for the same project — would require the purchase of another package (i.e. a Time Block Package, etc).

Q: If I don’t like something you’ve selected for the design, am I able to change it?

A: Yes! You are allotted up to 2 revisions per item on the renderings. After that, a $100/hr re-sourcing fee will apply.

Q: What if I’m not ready to start purchasing right away and then the items you selected are out of stock?

A: My selections are guaranteed for 10 days — meaning, if an item goes out of stock within 10 days of you receiving the links, I will re-source a new item free of charge! If it’s past those 10 days, a $100/hr re-source fee will apply. I highly recommend and encourage not booking a service until you know you’re ready — practically and financially — to take on a design change!

Q: Can I purchase a package as a gift?

A: Yes! Any of our packages would make a great gift for newlyweds, new homeowners, a Christmas or anniversary present and so much more!
